Doctors consult between 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm at Kalamunda and 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm at High Wycombe each weekday and on Saturdays from 9.00am to 12 Midday at both Surgeries. Receptionists start at 8.00am when you can ring to make an appointment.
When making an appointment, please let the receptionist know if you need a longer time than usual, e.g. for a counselling session, full medical examination or a surgical procedure.
When phoning for an appointment, it helps if you know your file number at the surgery. If you do not know it, the recepionist can give you a sticker or card with your file number and the surgery telephone numbers, when you come in.
The doctors try to run on time, but sometimes emergencies stop this and we are sorry if this affects you. Please let the receptionist know if you have been waiting for more than fifteen minutes
In case of emergency, during surgery hours, please phone the surgery. After hours there is a doctor on call - please phone
On Sundays and Public Holidays there is a surgery at the Kalamunda Surgery 10.00am until 12 Midday. These are for people who are too ill to wait until normal surgery hours during the week. You do not need to make an appointment for these surgeries. This after hours surgery is only for patients of Stirk Medical Group.

HOME VISITS
Most medical problems are best cared for at the surgery, where more equipment is available. We have a room where you can wait in privacy if you are not well enough to sit in the waiting room. Please let the receptionist know.
If you do need a home visit, it helps if you can ring at 8.00am and before 2.00pm so that the doctor can visit before normal surgery hours.
